Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough due diligence on potential property acquisitions to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing property agreements, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Managing property trust creation and liaising with trustees for timely completion.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance legal documentation processes through automation and digital tools.
- Addressing and resolving disputes arising from property transactions in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate co-ownership and beneficiary records and ensuring compliance during audits.
- Driving the adoption of digital signing platforms for legal agreements.
- Providing training sessions on legal policies and compliance for internal teams.
- Identifying and preventing fraudulent activities during due diligence processes.
- Collaborating with the product team to implement tech-driven enhancements in legal processes.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- HND/BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
