Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Manage budgets, costs, and financial resources related to projects.
• Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating completed projects and implementing lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
• Proven track record of successful project management (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
• Must reside in Lagos and be available to commute.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent will be an advantage.
