Responsibilities:
Operations & Field Coordination:
- Support the day-to-day operations of Digital Health Innovation across partner laboratories and field locations.
- Coordinate and supervise Lab Agents and field representatives.
- Ensure laboratories are properly onboarded and supported on the platform.
Training & Support:
- Assist with training laboratory staff/field agents on how to use the Digital Health Innovation platform.
- Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting for users.
- Ensure training materials and operational guidelines are followed consistently.
Partner & Stakeholder Support:
- Serve as a key point of contact for partner laboratories and field teams.
- Support engagement with hospitals, clinics, and other health partners as needed.
- Escalate operational or technical issues to the central team when necessary.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track basic operational metrics such as lab onboarding, agent activity, and platform usage.
- Submit regular field and operations reports.
- Support data collection for impact measurement and donor reporting.
Compliance & Quality:
- Ensure all operational activities follow data privacy, ethical, and quality standards.
- Promote accurate data entry and responsible use of the platform.
- Identify operational challenges and suggest practical improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Sciences, IT, or related disciplines).
- A healthcare background is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in operations, field coordination, project support, public health, customer success, logistics, or program implementation.
- Experience supervising field staff, agents, or teams is an advantage.
- Experience working with NGOs, startups, or social impact organisations is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organisational coordination skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
- Comfortable using digital tools, mobile apps, and basic reporting systems.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Interested in technology, health, or social impact work.
- Comfortable working in a structured but growing organisation.
- High sense of responsibility and respect for data privacy.
