Job summary
The NYSC Project Assistant will support the Project Management and Advisory Team in the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of infrastructure development assignments. This role is ideal for a Corps Member with a background in Architecture or Quantity Surveying who is interested in infrastructure project development, project finance

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Support:
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, timelines, and workplans.
- Support coordination between consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
Technical & Commercial Documentation:
- Support review of drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Assist in cost estimation analysis and financial model inputs (where applicable).
- Prepare project briefs, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct industry and regulatory research relevant to ongoing projects.
- Support the preparation of feasibility studies and concept notes.
- Assist in benchmarking cost data and infrastructure development standards.
Site & Field Support (Where Required):
- Participate in site visits and inspections.
- Support documentation of site progress and reporting.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized project documentation and digital records.
- Support stakeholder communications and scheduling.
Requirements
- Currently serving NYSC Corps Member.
- Degree in *Architecture or Quantity Surveying* (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and BOQs.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Must be posted to or willing to serve in Abuja.
