Job Description:

• Onboarding new clients
• Writing SLA proposal/Memorandum of Understanding
• Negotiations and project analysis /costing
• Scheduling timelines for meetings and attending crucial business meetings alone or with MD.
• Using agile technology to manage project timelines and execution
• Team performance management / weekly project execution reviews
• Communicating project update/project reviews with clients
• Going for demos and presentations
• Follow-up on leads
• Offboarding and smooth project delivery and handover.
• Ensure clients' websites are well managed and working perfectly.

Qualification

• HND/BSC
• Knowledge of Office suites - Powerpoint, Excel, and MS word is compulsory.
• Good knowledge of Project management tools and methodology such as Agile is required.
• Ability to write proposals and project agreements.
