Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Monitor material usage, site progress, and quality control.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders or developers.
- Ensure projects comply with regulatory standards, zoning laws, and building codes.
- Handle change requests, conflict resolution, and site risk management.
- Oversee handover and post-construction evaluations.
Requirements:
