Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for all product teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles within Jira.  
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and eliminate blockers to maintain workflow momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product leads to clarify project goals and scope.  
• Monitor progress against delivery plans and product roadmaps.  
• Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting via Jira.  
• Mitigate risks and proactively manage timelines.
• Conduct first-level UAT and approve/reject features based on alignment with requirements.  
• Review UI/UX designs to ensure usability and specification accuracy.  
• Ensure only quality-assured features advance to further testing or release.
• Provide timely updates on project status, risks, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders.  
• Promote collaboration between product, engineering, marketing, and other departments.  
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a software development environment.  
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with proficiency in Jira.  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.  
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.  
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality assurance.
• Familiarity with UI/UX processes and design approval.  
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical terminology.  
• Experience in managing multiple agile teams simultaneously.
