Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
- Oversee mechanical and electrical project components, ensuring compliance with specifications and drawings
- Interpret and work with technical drawings and site layouts for fire protection systems
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party contractors or vendors
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Maintain project documentation and update status reports
- Support procurement and track material deliveries to the site
- Ensure on-site compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Facilitate clear communication with clients and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in project management (preferably in MEP, construction, or fire safety systems)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with both mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); knowledge of project management software is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
