Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth communication.
- Monitor construction progress and make adjustments to stay on schedule.
- Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- The Ideal Candidate must reside on Lagos Island or close to the Island.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Building Technology.
- Must be registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
- Proven experience in project management and construction oversight.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
