Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all production activities from raw materials to finished goods
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery timelines
- Implement and optimize production systems, SOPs, and quality control frameworks
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure seamless procurement and delivery
- Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency
- Manage the production team, including tailors, cutters, and production assistants
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and brand specifications
- Report on production KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Fashion Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of production management experience, preferably in fashion or apparel
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, production workflow, and supply chain processes
- Experience implementing systems, SOPs, and production tracking tools
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with production management software is a plus
Preferred qualification:
- Hands-on experience in a fashion manufacturing or atelier environment
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems
