Job summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media communities, increasing brand visibility, and driving audience engagement.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, services, campaigns, and company initiatives.
  • Build and maintain an active online community by engaging with followers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Remuneration: NGN122,000 and Above (Based on Experience)


Location: Lekki, Lagos State
