Visual Production & Creative Coordinator
Job summary
We are hiring a visual production & creative coordinator to produce, edit, and manage high-quality visual content across campaigns, launches, social media, and global marketing initiatives. This is a hands on role focused on video and photo creation, creative asset production, content adaptation, and production coordination in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working directly inside creative tools and delivering production-ready assets in a fast-paced environment. This is not a creative strategy or creative director role

Responsibilities:
Visual & Video Production:
- Edit and produce videos, reels, launch visuals, campaign assets, and social-ready content
- Create high-quality visual assets for marketing, campaigns, and communications
- Adapt assets into multiple formats, sizes, and platform requirements
- Maintain visual consistency and production quality across all outputs
Multi-Language & Global Asset Support:
- Support multilingual and region-specific visual adaptations
- Handle subtitles, captions, graphics updates, and localization needs
- Ensure assets remain accurate and consistent across regions and platforms
Production Coordination:
- Coordinate production timelines, revisions, and delivery schedules
- Support photography shoots and visual production logistics when required
- Organize and maintain structured asset libraries and version control systems
Quality Control:
- Perform quality checks on videos, graphics, subtitles, exports, and delivery files
- Ensure all assets meet approved standards before handoff or publishing
- Escalate quality, formatting, or production issues when necessary
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in video editing, visual production, or multimedia content creation
- Experience producing content across social media, campaigns, and digital platforms
- Strong understanding of editing workflows, exports, formatting, and delivery processes
- Experience working with creative and production tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in structured, approval-based environments
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting global or multi-region campaigns
- Experience with multilingual or localized visual content
- Experience with subtitles, captions, and adaptation workflows
- Experience supporting launch campaigns or high-volume production environments
