Creative Content Producer
Job summary
We are looking for one gifted Creative Content Producer who can do it all — shoot, edit, and design — without needing a team around them. You will own the visual identity across all platforms, producing content that stops the scroll and converts browsers into buyers. If your portfolio makes someone want to buy something they've never heard of, you're our person.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Short-form video content: TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Long-form YouTube content: product reviews, brand storytelling, educational videos
- Instagram carousels: product education, brand narrative, lifestyle content
- Static graphics: product photography treatments, promotional assets, story templates
- Campaign visuals: launch creatives, seasonal promotions, product drops
Requirements:
Videography:
- Proficient with camera equipment (DSLR/mirrorless) and smartphone cinematography
- Strong understanding of lighting — natural, studio, and ring light setups
- Ability to shoot product-focused content (close-ups, texture, mood, lifestyle)
- Comfortable directing self-shot content with minimal crew
Video Editing:
- Expert-level use of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Skilled in colour grading for warm, luxe, aesthetic tones
- Proficient in motion graphics, text animation, and transitions
- Ability to edit sound/music with rhythm and pacing awareness
- Experience formatting for vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) simultaneously
Graphic Design:
- Strong command of Canva Pro and/or Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across templates and assets
- Typography sensibility — knows when less is more
- Skilled in carousel design that tells a sequential story
Platform Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithm behaviour
- Knowledge of hooks, pacing, and retention techniques per platform
- Ability to adapt one piece of content for multiple formats without it feeling recycled
Bonus (Not Required):
- Voiceover or on-camera confidence
- Experience with beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with fragrance or Products
