Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on data-driven insights (metrics, user behavior, ROI).
Product Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI designers, and QA to deliver high-quality products.
- Write clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Oversee Agile/Scrum processes (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer support to drive product adoption.
- Align with leadership on budget, timelines, and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions.
Performance & Optimization:
- Define and track key metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to measure product success.
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve product features.
- Ensure products comply with industry standards, security, and accessibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
