The ideal candidates will be responsible for carrying out deep cleaning tasks on construction sites after project completion. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of post-construction sites, including removing debris, dust, paint, and adhesive residues.
- Clean floors, windows, walls, fixtures, and fittings to meet hygiene and visual standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Use ladders and scaffolding to clean high or hard-to-reach areas.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures while on-site.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively at all times.
- Work on different locations within Lagos and other states as required.
- Adhere to assigned schedules and ensure punctuality.
- Assist team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
Requirements:
- Must be in good physical and medical condition.
- Willingness and ability to work long hours and travel for projects outside Lagos.
- Must not be afraid of heights (comfortable using ladders and scaffolding).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
- Must be time-conscious and dependable.
- Must display professional conduct and good communication when dealing with clients or site supervisors.
