Job summary

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Incoming and Outgoing Communication
  • Make and receive phone calls, send emails, write letters, and post social media updates on behalf of the team.
  • Playing the extremely important role of “gatekeeper” and tightly controlling who gets access to the boss.
  • Oversee Scheduling and Calendar Appointments: Make sure to prepare a well-organized daily schedule.
  • Making appropriate appointments with other media agents, designers, stylists, celebrities, and even family members. Should also send critical appointment reminders to make sure the affairs of the team are on schedule.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Coordinating logistics for a variety of scenarios such as travel, press appearances, rehearsals, fittings, parties, family vacations, award shows, and more.
  • Overseeing the smooth running of daily activities: The Personal Assistant would do all that is necessary to oversee the smooth running of the daily activities of the employer. This includes running errands for the boss, liaising with the glam team or any team the employer is working with, creating documents when needed, ordering supplies needed by the team, and entering data. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Minimum of an HND
