Our firm is looking to hire a personal assistant with the right skill set as listed below. Applicant should be of good character, have a pleasant disposition and be able to work under pressure. 


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-          To provide administrative support to the Principal Partner

-          Take dictations

-          Prepare letters

-          Take minutes of meetings

-          Handling Incoming correspondence

-          Handling telephone calls

-          Monitoring and handling office emails

-          Conduct research for Principal Partner



QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

-          Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

-          Proficiency in use of MS Office Suite

-          Pleasant personality

-          Excellent written and communication skills

-          Good typing and letter writing skills

-          Ability to manage confidential information

-          Knowledge of filing systems would be an added advantage
