Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing and overseeing the day-to-day activities to ensure that everything is running smoothly
- Increase the usage of products at the designated branch or office.
- Managing the designated branch.
- Liaising with different departments to come up with improvement strategies for operations.
- Developing and implementing operations growth methods.
- Assisting customers with technical issues.
- Setting targets and business goals, and working alongside the team to achieve these goals.
- Ensuring all processes are smooth and compliant with the company’s policies.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in operations.
- OND/HND/ BSC qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside around VGC, AJAH, or within proximity
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and techniques.
