We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily journey management and security operations, develop and implement standard operating procedures for operations and security protocols. Support the MD to establish effective processes for driving end-to-end organization and team performance.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all journey management operations and field personnel.
- Ensure timely deployment of vehicles, escorts, and monitoring officers.
- Establish a strong working relationship with the leadership of Security Agencies across the regions
- Design and Implement Journey Management business strategies plans to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for operations and security protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 5-7 years of previous work experience in a similar role
