- Contribute to flagship programs (e.g., FIS/ERP execution); Track long-term SBO outcomes (e.g., funding/market access).
- Assist in annual/quarterly calendars; Ensure cost efficiency/ROI.
- BSc (min) in Business Admin/International Development; 5–7 years in program.
- Leadership/economic development, SME growth experience.
- Skills in impact evaluation, strategic thinking, program execution, and familiarity with donor projects.
