Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time
- Monitor product quality and enforce quality control standards
- Manage and supervise production staff and shift operations
- Reduce downtime, waste, and production costs
- Coordinate with maintenance for equipment efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Prepare production reports and performance analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and output
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably aluminium extrusion
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Good understanding of production planning and process optimization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
