Senior Product Manager
Job summary
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end product lifecycle across the Tuteria and Medbuddy platforms. This role translates business strategy into scalable, user-centric digital solutions that drive revenue, improve learning outcomes, optimize operations, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and refine product vision aligned with Tuteria and Medbuddy’s business goals.
- Translate the business priorities into structured product roadmaps.
- Identify new product opportunities across tutoring, exam prep, LMS, certification, and Medbuddy’s services.
- Drive product differentiation in highly competitive education and healthcare training markets.
Roadmap Development and Execution:
- Develop quarterly and annual product roadmaps.
- Prioritize features using structured frameworks (impact vs effort, revenue impact, user value, e.t.c).
- Work closely with product and other internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
- Ensure product launches are structured, measurable, and aligned with business strategy.
User Experience & Customer-Centric Design:
- Deeply understand parent, student, tutor, trainee, and healthcare provider pain points.
- Map user journeys across onboarding, payments, learning delivery, certification, and retention.
- Improve conversion funnels (lead → paid → completion).
- Continuously optimize UX/UI to improve engagement and outcomes.
Data & Performance Management:
- Define product KPIs across acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and outcomes.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems in collaboration with Growth, Finance, and other relevant internal teams.
- Analyze behavioral data to improve conversion, seat fill rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Conduct A/B tests and structured product experiments.
Platform & Systems Optimization:
- Improve internal tools for tutor recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Optimize Medbuddy’s admissions, training delivery, assessment, and certification workflows.
- Improve automation across CRM, LMS, payments, and reporting systems.
- Ensure product scalability for local and international expansion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Growth to align product features with marketing campaigns.
- Support the sales and other internal teams with product enablement materials.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure learning outcomes are measurable and structured
- Collaborate with internal teams for internal system improvements
Innovation & Competitive Intelligence:
- Track trends in EdTech, Healthtech, AI-driven learning, and remote education.
- Evaluate AI and automation tools to improve personalization and operational efficiency.
- Benchmark against global leaders in tutoring, exam prep, and workforce upskilling.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in Product Management, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech-driven company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any Science-related field (required).
- Experience in EdTech, Healthtech, HRTech, or marketplace platforms is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of shipping and scaling digital products.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with engineering/product/tech teams.
- Strong user research and product discovery skills.
- Ability to manage multiple business verticals simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset with structured thinking and execution discipline.
