Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals
  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
  • Set campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines; track ROI


Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Analyze customer data and campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance


Content & Brand:

  • Create and oversee content: copy, graphics, videos, and promotional materials
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Work with designers, writers, and agencies to produce marketing assets


Digital Marketing:

  • Manage social media accounts, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising
  • Optimize websites and landing pages for lead generation and conversion
  • Run A/B tests to improve engagement and click-through rates


Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to align messaging
  • Manage relationships with vendors, influencers, and media partners
  • Report on KPIs, campaign results, and market trends to stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing preferred
  • Proficiency with marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email platforms, CRM
  • Strong copywriting, analytical, and project management skills
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset
  • Understanding of current marketing trends and consumer behavior


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, typically office or hybrid.
  • May require occasional evening/weekend work for events or campaign launches.
