Responsibilities:
- Business Relationship Management skills, including the ability to nurture and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Finance and analytical skills to assess and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities for providing seamless support and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales skills to identify opportunities and meet revenue targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree and HND in Finance, Business Administration, or any related field are preferred.
- Previous experience in the microfinance or banking industry is an advantage.
