Creative strategist needed to run our social platforms, craft on-brand visuals, edit short-form video, write compelling copy, and grow engaged communities. You’ll plan, post, and repurpose content across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and more—owning results and reporting on growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Own the content calendar; publish consistently across channels.
- Create short-form videos (reels/shorts), carousels, and thumbnails.
- Design on-brand graphics for campaigns, launches, and events.
- Write clear, conversion-minded copy (hooks, captions, CTAs).
- Repurpose long-form into clips, quotes, threads, and emails.
- Monitor comments/DMs; spark conversation and escalate leads.
- Track KPIs and deliver weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with sales to align content to offers and launches.
- Manage asset libraries and keep brand templates current.
Requirements:
- Portfolio showing social content (video + graphics + copy).
- Proficiency: Canva (or Adobe), CapCut/Premiere, Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of social algorithms, hooks, and retention.
- Experience with GoHighLevel, Asana (or similar) is a plus.
- Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual taste.
- Organized, deadline-reliable, and comfortable with fast turnarounds.
