Job summary
Heritage Dwellings is seeking a highly driven and commercially focused Marketing Manager (Real Estate) to lead our Sales and Marketing function. This role is the revenue engine of the organization, responsible for driving market penetration, generating leads, positioning the brand, and closing high-value property deals.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies
- Drive market penetration and business growth across key segments
- Set and achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Align marketing efforts with business objectives
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct real estate market research and feasibility studies
- Analyze demand, supply, pricing trends, and competitor activity
- Identify target clients, including diaspora investors, first-time buyers, and corporate clients
- Provide pricing and product positioning insights
Digital Marketing & Property Listing Management:
- Manage listings on platforms such as Nigeria Property Centre, PropertyPro, and other real estate platforms
- Run digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing)
- Optimize property visibility to generate qualified leads
- Track and report performance of listing platforms and campaigns
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Build and manage strong lead pipelines
- Develop partnerships with brokers, agents, and corporate organizations
- Drive referrals, influencer marketing, and strategic collaborations
- Expand market reach locally and internationally
Branding & Product Positioning:
- Develop strong property value propositions
- Manage brand identity and messaging
- Oversee marketing materials (flyers, brochures, digital content)
- Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning
Sales Execution & Client Management:
- Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Coordinate sales team activities and property consultants
- Maintain client database and follow-up systems
- Handle client inquiries and ensure excellent customer experience
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track KPIs including leads, conversions, and ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide insights for continuous improvement
- Forecast sales and revenue performance
Public Relations & Reputation Management:
- Manage corporate brand reputation
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders
