The Litigation Clerk will provide essential administrative and operational support to the firm’s lawyers in all aspects of case management, from court filings and process service to record keeping and logistics.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- File court processes and documents at various courts (Magistrate, High, Appeal, Federal, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Serve court papers and other legal documents as directed by lawyers.
- Maintain a record of case schedules, hearing dates, and filing deadlines.
- Follow up on case progress, court judgments, and registry correspondence.
- Maintain an up-to-date litigation diary and filing system for all active matters.
- Ensure safe custody of court documents, exhibits, and client files.
- Assist in preparing court bundles and documentation for hearings and trials.
- Provide logistical support to lawyers, including document delivery and coordination with bailiffs.
- Liaise with court officials, registrars, and other relevant authorities.
- Provide periodic status updates on filings, service of processes, and court activities.
- Support the Head of Chambers and Associates with operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience
- Minimum of OND
