Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings across various courts.
- Prepare and argue motions, applications, and other court processes.
- Develop litigation strategies and manage cases effectively.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs and case summaries.
- Participate in trials, hearings, and dispute resolution processes.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding ongoing or potential litigation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of active litigation experience.
- Demonstrated trial and courtroom advocacy experience.
- Ability to handle litigation matters across different courts.
- Strong analytical, research, and case management skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
