Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, property agreements, and commercial documentation
- Provide legal advisory services on corporate and real estate transactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel where necessary
- Maintain corporate records and statutory documentation
- Support business negotiations and dispute resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years post-call legal practice
- Strong background in corporate, commercial, and property law
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance management
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and risk advisory skills
- Experience within the real estate sector is an advantage
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 – 500,000
