Job Summary
Our client is a respected enterprise with extensive expertise in engineering consulting and civil engineering construction. With a legacy of delivering high-impact infrastructure projects, our client is renowned for excellence in project management, architectural and engineering consulting, highway and bridge construction, and building. We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and highly organized architect to lead our client’s architectural unit. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural design (2D & 3D), with hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects. As a team lead, you will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment of design objectives, and driving project execution from concept through to completion.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process, including the development of 2D and 3D concepts.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate effectively with engineering teams and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Ensure that all architectural deliverables adhere to safety regulations, client specifications, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues proactively.
- Drive the process with team members with little to no supervision
- Act as the primary point of contact for architectural matters, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (master’s degree or equivalent is an advantage).
- Professional licensure as an Architect is highly desirable; must be registered.
- Have project management skills
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex construction and architectural projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design tools and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive teams toward successful project delivery.
- Willing to travel for work within Nigeria
- Being able to drive is an added advantage.
