Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-3 years of experience to develop their skills and contribute to a variety of exciting construction projects.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.
- Support the measurement and valuation of works completed on-site.
- Contribute to the cost control and reporting processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contractor quotations and variations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and cost records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying (including internship experience).
- A strong understanding of measurement principles and construction processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and eager approach to learning
