Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise software.
- Network Management: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, and routers.
- Technical Support: Provide helpdesk services, resolve user issues, and maintain hardware/software functionality.
- Cybersecurity: Implement security protocols, monitor threats, and ensure data protection and compliance.
- Database Management: Maintain databases, ensure data integrity, and support backup and recovery processes.
- Cloud Services: Manage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and support hybrid environments.
- IT Strategy & Planning: Align technology solutions with business goals, including upgrades and digital transformation.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain system logs, user manuals, and ensure adherence to IT policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
