Interior Finishing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with managers, contractors and other onsite workers to ensure construction jobs are successfully completed on time, within budget, and finished to the standard and specification agreed.
• Conducting a thorough assessment of properties to identify finishing requirements and specifications.
• Ability to install and apply various finishing materials, including but not limited to painting, wallpapering, tiling, flooring, trim work, and other surface treatments.
• Ensuring precise and flawless execution of finishing tasks, paying attention to the smallest details to achieve exceptional results.
• Conducting quality and safety inspections.
• Reporting work progress to the management and other stakeholders.
• Utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to accomplish finishing tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Providing direction, expertise and guidance.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Survey and Geoinformatics 
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
• Knowledge of building and construction
• A keen eye for details
