Job Summary
Mejona Interiors is looking for a professional, organized, and self-motivated Interior Designer who is good at multi-tasking, energetic, experienced, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The Interior Designer will contribute to the firm by handling all aspects of design concept and development, sourcing, meetings, technical drawings, etc The designer should have a natural flair for interiors, and solid knowledge of the industry. In this role, you will help the team deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Independently create full design concepts for projects based on the Principal’s design vision
- General research and all sourcing
- Prepare for client presentations by creating mood boards, floor plans, drawings, and elevations.
- Follow up with vendors on lead times and quotes
- Research new products and materials
- Attend client Meetings On and off-site.
- Take notes, measurements, and photos, and record details of site meetings
- Type up and organize meeting notes, project status, deliverables, etc
- Create client budgets and budget options
- Supervise the design project during implementation
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in Architecture or related field.
- 2-3 years of design experience
- Creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design
- Proficient in AutoCAD – ability to develop floor plans and elevations
- Proficient in 3D design, rendering skills are compulsory, knowledge of Coohoom is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook- must be prompt and utilize strong communication skills when responding to emails
- Experience selecting and specifying lighting, furnishings, hardware, floor/window coverings, materials, and finishes.
- Experience with quotes, proposals, budgets, purchase orders, and the purchasing process
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and is eager to learn and grow with the firm
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have a positive, friendly, professional attitude
- For operational efficiency, candidates who live near the office or can easily commute.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000
