Job Summary

Our company is looking to hire a Human Resource and Admin Officer to be responsible for HR matters and the general operation of our office. The HR and Admin officer role is key part of a management team. Duties will involve HR matters from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

  • Candidate should be professional.
  • Polite, attentive and accurate.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. 
  • Excellent time management skill.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience in human resources and admin or other related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in business management or business-related course preferred.
  • Always prepared, responsive, and be willing to meet each challenge directly.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools. Specifically Excel and Word.
