Job Summary

We are seeking a HR Operations Executive for our client located at Mowe, Ogun state who will recruit, support, and develop talents through implementing policies and managing procedures and employee conflicts. You will oversee administrative tasks, manage relationships with clients and contribute to making the company a better place to work.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Handle recruitment activities such as sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing.
  • Manage candidates’ experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, and oversee registration and remittance of statutory bills such as tax, pension, NHF, etc.
  • Provide Human Resources support to clients by managing outsourced employees, handling grievances, employee relations issues or other issues that may arise during employment.
  • Schedule and hold periodic meetings with Prudent Effsow representatives where required and forward the report on such meetings with action plans to the Principal Consultant.
  • Measure workers’ performance and productivity level, initiate and implement plans performance improvement plan for employees performing below expectation and follow up to determine whether further interventions would be required.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates for interview.
  • Manage employee conflicts and relate appropriately to the Associate and Principal consultant
  • Channel all necessary communication to associate and Principal consultant before taking decision with the client
  • Build relationships with employers and job seekers.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports related to happenings on site.
  • Collate attendance information daily and verify the records against actual.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
  • Invite candidates for interviews and collate interview reports.
  • Collate daily performance reports of factory workers and reconcile with the client’s representative.
  • Process payroll monthly and answer all enquiries or questions that may arise from the salary computation.
