HR/ Legal

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on internal and external matters affecting the company
• Draft, review, and negotiate company agreements and contracts
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related legal documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company standards
• Support senior management in strategic HR planning and workforce development
• Coordinate disciplinary processes and handle conflict resolution
• Maintain employee records and HR management systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB)
• Minimum of 2–5 years proven experience as HR / Legal Officer, HR Associate, Legal Associate, or similar role
• BL qualification and active membership of the Bar (Nigerian Bar Association) are compulsory. 
• Experience in policy drafting and HR administration
• Strong understanding of labor and employment laws in Nigeria
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
