Job Summary
We are looking to hire an HMO/Outreach officer who will be managing and liaising with health-related services and bodies with the goal of providing awareness of our services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Outreach awareness to other Specialist clinics/ Hospitals
- Liaise with new HMOs (Joining providers/Tariffs Negotiation, etc.)
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patient encounters.
- Liaise with other medical and non-medical bodies to ensure quality care is given to patients.
- Comply with the use of standard operating procedures and policies/adhere to quality standards and clinical practice guidelines.
- Procuring HMO/medical retainer ship contract for the clinic
- Timely evaluations/billing of claims drawn on various HMO for payment in due time
- Serve as an arbitrator for dispute resolution between HCF and HMO’s
Requirements:
- A minimum HND qualification
- A minimum of one-year working experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
