Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to optimise sales efforts.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer proposals.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and customer service excellence


Requirements:       

  • Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales analytics, CRM tools, and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • High level of professionalism, resilience, and result orientation.
  • ⁠Knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo or Hunter.io.
