The Head of Marketing acts as the conductor of the marketing department, ensuring that digital, content, creative, and traditional marketing channels align with company goals. You are responsible for establishing the company as a leader in its sector, and driving lead generation to support sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Team Leadership: Mentoring, leading, and hiring a high-performing marketing team, including digital managers, content creators, and PR personnel.
  • Budget Management: Creating and overseeing annual or quarterly budgets, allocating resources to high-ROI channels.
  • Brand & Content Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels (social media, website, events, and print).
  • Performance Reporting: Utilizing analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness (KPIs), such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lead generation, and overall ROI, and presenting insights to executive leadership.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting competitor research and staying updated on market trends to identify new opportunities and expansion avenues.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product development, and PR teams to align product messaging and launch strategies.
