Responsibilities:

Architectural Visualisation:

Produce high-quality 3D architectural renderings and animations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Develop exterior and interior visualisations from architectural drawings and sketches.
Create realistic lighting, textures, landscaping, and environmental settings for presentations.
Prepare walkthrough animations and presentation videos where required.
Collaborate with architects and design teams to accurately interpret concepts.
Revise renders and visual outputs in response to design development and client feedback.

Graphic Design:

Design presentation boards, brochures, flyers, project profiles, and marketing materials.
Prepare social media graphics and promotional content for architectural projects.
Develop company branding materials, including logos, templates, and corporate documents.
Create visually appealing layouts for proposals, reports, and client presentations.
Ensure consistency in visual identity across all company materials.

Technical & Administrative Duties:

Organise and maintain rendering files, textures, assets, and project archives.
Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Stay updated with current trends in architectural visualisation and graphic design.
Support the business development team with visual materials for pitches and presentations.

Requirements:

Proficiency in architectural visualization software such as SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, and D5 Render
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, colour, and visual storytelling.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design intent.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.

Preferred Qualifications:

BSc Degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in architectural visualisation or graphic design.
Portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and architectural rendering projects.
