Job Description/Requirements
A technology company that operates at the intersection of real estate, construction, and software requires a passionate and qualified graduate trainee to join our team. The candidate must be very proficient in the use of architectural and 3D software like Sketchup, 3ds Max, Lumion, Revit, etc. The candidate should
have an in-depth knowledge of architecture with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Create plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of the project
- Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials in order to create an ideal finished product
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor/HND Degree (1st Class or 2nd Class) in Architecture.
- Competent in the use of some of the following software: Sketchup, AutoCAD, Revit, and some knowledge of 3D software rendering software (Lumion, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.)
- Candidate may be a serving Corp Member (NYSC)
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
