Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage order pickups from vendors to customer delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise fulfillment agents in your zone.
- Verify goods before loading to prevent fake or damaged items.
- Engage transporters, negotiate fair rates, and ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain smooth communication with vendors and customers.
- Resolve field issues quickly with maturity and professionalism.
- Submit delivery reports, documentation, and proof of work daily.
- Uphold BuildersKonnect brand values at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Vocational qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Smart, calm, and confident individuals.
- Strong leadership and people-handling skills.
- Excellent communication (English or Pidgin is fine).
- Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Street-smart with good knowledge of Lagos and major cities.
- Able to work under pressure and think fast.
- Not necessarily a university graduate — character is more important.
