Job summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Manager to oversee the restaurant’s store and inventory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, ensuring proper storage of food and supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support smooth restaurant operations. The Store Manager will monitor stock levels, receive and inspect deliveries, and ensure that all items are stored according to food safety and storage standards. The role also involves issuing supplies to kitchen and service departments, tracking usage, and preventing waste, loss, or shortages. The ideal candidate will work closely with the kitchen, purchasing team, and management to ensure that the restaurant always has the necessary ingredients and supplies to operate efficiently.

- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Basic knowledge of food storage and safety standards.
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Ability to use inventory systems or basic computer software.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
