Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally.
- Manage phone calls, messages, and correspondence.
- Keep front desk area clean and organized.
- Handle scheduling and maintain visitor records.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neat, courteous, and well-organized personality.
- Prior experience in customer service or administration is an added advantage.
- Must reside in Abeokuta or nearby areas.
