Job Summary

The Front Desk Officer will manage the reception area, handle client inquiries, and support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally.
  • Manage phone calls, messages, and correspondence.
  • Keep front desk area clean and organized.
  • Handle scheduling and maintain visitor records.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Neat, courteous, and well-organized personality.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administration is an added advantage.
  • Must reside in Abeokuta or nearby areas.
