Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance Motion Graphics Designer to collaborate with us on a project basis. This role focuses on creating clear, structured, and accurate motion graphics for explainer videos, sales-enablement assets, and visual storytelling projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for explainer and sales-enablement videos
• Visualize processes, systems, and workflows using diagrams, labels, and motion
• Create animations based on scripts, storyboards, and briefs provided by Larrani Media
• Collaborate remotely with the creative lead on revisions and refinements
• Ensure visual clarity, consistency, and accuracy across deliverables
• Deliver final assets in agreed formats and timelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion graphics or animation (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, timing, and clarity
• Ability to work with abstract, technical, or structured content
• Proficiency in tools such as After Effects (or equivalent)
• Comfortable working from scripts and structured briefs
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Compensation
