Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand product reach.
- Identify and secure retail and distribution partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through direct field sales and key account management.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Report market feedback and insights to guide product and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience in FMCG (experience with new product launches is a major plus).
- Deep understanding of market penetration tactics and retail distribution networks.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- An existing network of retail or distribution contacts is an advantage.
