Architect

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the finishing stages of construction projects, ensuring all architectural details are executed accurately and to specification.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, interior design layouts, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on-site to ensure timely and quality completion of all finishing works.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of finishes such as flooring, wall treatments, ceilings, fittings, cabinetry, doors, and paintwork.
• Propose and approve materials, color schemes, textures, and finishes that align with design intent and project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and resolve finishing-related issues during construction.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to select appropriate finishing materials and fixtures.
• Prepare and maintain snag lists and ensure rectification before project handover.
• Prepare detailed reports on progress, quality, and deviations from design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in architectural finishing, preferably in real estate development or construction.
• Strong understanding of finishing materials, construction methods, and interior architectural detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Good knowledge of project management principles and site supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality spaces.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
