Job Summary

We are seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee building operations, manage maintenance teams, ensure safety compliance, and support smooth day-to-day facility functions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company’s physical premises, including office spaces, buildings, and grounds.
  • Coordinate and supervise routine and preventive maintenance schedules for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.
  • Manage a team of maintenance staff, janitors, and security personnel, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify repair needs, safety hazards, or inefficiencies and initiate corrective action.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire codes, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and new installations in coordination with contractors and vendors.
  • Manage facility budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective facility operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, permits, vendor contracts, and incident reports.
  • Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials required for facility upkeep.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during emergencies and coordinate appropriate responses.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in facility operations, building maintenance, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc.) and relevant regulations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage contractors, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems and basic office software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers.
