Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all staff, clients, and visitors, while managing service contracts, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily functioning of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, janitors, etc.).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and procedures.
- Coordinate emergency repairs and respond to facility-related incidents.
- Source and manage service providers for cleaning, waste disposal, repairs, and maintenance.
- Supervise contractors and ensure delivery of quality and timely services.
- Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, including forecasting maintenance costs and monitoring expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and energy efficiency improvements, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3years of experience
- HND in any field of study
